02 – Terms and Conditions – Service Rules

2.1 – Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

The use of this website, whether through simple browsing or by making a purchase in the online store of ARTESANATO DE PORTUGAL | PORTUGUESE HANDICRAFT from the Heart of Portugal, grants the visitor the status of User / Customer and implies full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, in force at any given time.

If the User does not agree with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, they must not access the website nor use any associated features or services.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User declares that they do so:

  • on their own behalf; and/or

  • on behalf of the organisation they represent (when applicable), guaranteeing that they hold valid representative authority.

When placing orders through the online store, the User declares:

  • to be over 18 years of age;

  • to have full legal capacity to enter into contracts;

  • to have the necessary authority to accept these Terms and Conditions.

ARTESANATO DE PORTUGAL ensures the implementation of appropriate and proportional security measures according to the type of digital platform used. However, it cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from:

  • malfunctions, technical failures, or operating system disconnections;

Under no circumstances may ARTESANATO DE PORTUGAL, its representatives, or employees be held liable for damages arising, even accidentally, from:

2.4 – Breach of the Terms and Conditions

Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the User constitutes grounds for immediate termination by ARTESANATO DE PORTUGAL.

Regardless of whether contractual termination occurs, any breach always grants ARTESANATO DE PORTUGAL the right to be compensated for all damages resulting from such breach.

Furthermore, ARTESANATO DE PORTUGAL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the User’s access to the website and its features and services, with or without prior notice.
